Through a phase of dagnostics and workshops with the Executive team, we collaborated with the client to prioritise findings and develop solutions, identify any gaps in the current proposition, and develop a new vision and “why” for the brand.
The Executive team was aligned around the direction of the business, its new vision and brand “why”, while the business developed a richer understanding of the movements in the market. The business made a commitment to continue obtaining regular customer and team feedback in order to identify new areas of focus where the brand can improve in future.
